For those who know me, hey! for those that are new, let me intorduce myself :)

My name is Jade, I'm 24 years old and I have been trying to create, write and publish a cook book sine lock down 2020. I am not the best at staying super foused on a task ( hence why my posts are very seperated) but waves of creativity and inspiration stike at very weird times for me and writing is then all I an focus on. 

Relesing this book is my current dream and by golly I will get it done!!

So why a blog?

I really enjoy writing about food and keeping the blog will encoreage me to continue my work ( and not get so distracted) and share my up's down's and descoveries :) I love the journey of creating food  and recipies and sharing that with all of you will give you a small insight into how the book was made and how my little brain work. I have such a love for food and find it very difficult to share in the makiking process in my own house ( iI want to do it all, that's not such a bad thing... right?) but reading other chefs work ( like Nigel Slater) makes me want to share my passion in written form. I hope you enjoy what I have to say and will follow and support me on my whirl wind of a journey. I can't wait to share it with you :)
